  7. Minelab Explorer SE

The Minelab Explorer SE is considered by many around the world to be the most technologically advanced metal detector ever manufactured. Incorporating FBS, Full Bandwidth Spectrum, means that the SE transmits not one or two, but 28 different frequencies, from 1.5kHz to 100kHz, into the ground at the same time, making sure not to miss conductive targets regardless of their size. An extremely fast microprocessor combined with 3rd generation software providing excellent discrimination, and a feature ensemble too long to list here, are all packed into this fabulous metal detector.

  8. Minelab Quattro MP

The Minelab Quattro MP is also an FBS detector transmitting all 28 frequencies like it's big brother SE. This microprocessor controlled metal detector features the easiest, most intuitive digital user interface available on the market today. Quattro has set a new performance standard for "turn on and go" detectors. This machine is chock full of features in a relatively small control box, thanks to the latest in PC board surface mount technology.

  9. Minelab EXCALIBUR 1000 & EXCALIBUR 800

Both Excalibur models, like the "sword of legend", cut through the most difficult and worst of conditions found on salt water beaches, to provide an excellence in water hunting found no where else. Utilizing BBS Technology, transmitting 17 different frequencies from 1.5kHz to 25.5kHz at once, and unique construction, the Excalibur "just finds the lost jewelry and coins". The dedicated salt water hunters will tell you how reliable, and tough this machine is. With either 10" or 8" coils, The Minelab Excalibur smokes the competition.

  10. Minelab X-TERRA SERIES 30, 50, & 70

The Minelab X-Terra Series of metal detectors are Minelab's newest entry to mid-level metal detectors. In keeping with the "High Technology" theme that is this company, X-Terra is no exception. Utilizing the VFLEX Technology, Minelab has created a new class of single frequency detectors. Light weight, easy to use, and high powered, two of these incredible detectors, are actually able to transmit and receive a different frequency with just the change of a coil. Microprocessors in both the coil and the Control Box allow both to communicate with each other. Depending on your intended target type and size, just pick your coil and frequency.

  11. Minelab SOVEREIGN

The Minelab Sovereign series of Minelab detectors, the most current of which is the Sovereign GT, is a BBS machine transmitting and receiving 17 different frequencies at once. Sovereign is the "senior citizen" of the Minelab line. Without a digital ID LCD screen, the Sovereign utilizes Accu_Trak digital ground balance with selectable fixed or automatic options. Iron Mask mode allows the detection of good targets next to ferrous metals. Discrimination and notch filtering rounds out this outstanding performer that happens to come in a more traditional "switch & knob" package.

  12. Minelab EUREKA GOLD

"EUREKA" is what some early gold prospectors exclaimed when they found gold.......and this 3 frequency (6.4kHz, 20kHz, and 60kHz) detector will find the smallest of nuggets as well as the "big boys". The Minelab Eureka Gold is a triple frequency detector with the excellent ACCU-TRAK Ground Balance system for handling the very difficult terrain and soil usually found in gold producing areas. With a 10" DD, Easy Sweep Elliptical coil, and state of the art NiMH rechargeable battery system, Eureka Gold has a nose for the "yellow metal".
