Today was a funny sort of day. Planned to go diving with my tank. Called the coastguard at 8 am to tell them my plans. As I was unloading my stuff from the car the guy who sells dive trips told me that they had cancelled their trips due to bad visibility. I had looked earlier and decided to go anyway. As I was walking to the beach I noticed that the police were everywhere. I asked someone what was happening and they said the regional governor was visiting town to wish them a lucky season. I decided not to take the excalibur to avoid any problems. Anyway , when I arrived at the beach the surf had picked up and at the edge there was a layer of fine silt that made everything invisible as soon as I moved. I swam further out and found the visibility better and the swell not to bad, decided to try under the pier and on my third post found a small 14k cross ! Did about two and a half hours on my small tank and came back with 60 bar left from the 200 I started with. As I was sitting on the beach the pirate arrived at his place, he started to get ready but the surf was getting worse and he had to abandon his trip. I don't blame him, getting on a boat in surf is hard and very dangerous. So I guess I win today [IMG];-)
