Just like alot of others new to the Vequero I found myself a little frustrated :banghead: . I read the manual over & over, followed instructions from other post & still :banghead: . I have figured out what my problem was & do I feel like A coconut head! It says start in all-metal mode right wellll I thought it was in all-metal mode when I had it on the little red line that say's all-metal & couldn't figure out why I could not get that Hum everyone talked about from the threshold. Duh! You turn it all the way to the left, sensitivity to 8 or 9 then your threshold hums, anyway to make this short, if you can't understand what your reading ( coconuts like ME ) then go to the TESORO website, click on Helpful tips, then click on Multi-media, click Ground balancing & watch the video. Thanks Carl from Upstate Detectors for turning me on to that! :bthumb: Hope this may help someone & YES once you do it , It is a piece of cake as Chuck from Treasure Hut say's.
