Last beach hunt of the year

Although it is still beach weather in central Ohio, the beach crowd is mostly gone since school, in whatever form, has started up. Monday morning 4:30 AM I was greeted with dozens of dead fish washed up on the beach. A fitting end I guess to what will likely be my last beach hunt this year. Five hours in the water produced very little, although I was able to cap off the season with one more in an amazing streak of finding rings. Another junker though but I didn't know that in the dark. Kept my imagination going for an hour or so! Amazing, unusual summer of beach hunting which I am VERY thankful for. I'll post a pic of all the rings soon on the "finds" forum. Thanks for all the encouragement and kind words!!
