MXT Roll Call

#85
Mine should be in by the end of the week. Learned a lot about all the various detectors and decided that the MXT is ideal for my particular needs. Now just have to get the kids to get me a 6/10 DD for Xmas.

I've had my MXT for two years now and all I can say is it's one heck of a machine. I use the 10 inch DD Excellerator coil and the 6x10 DD coil. All I need now is the six inch DD and the set up is complete. If you don't have Fosters book on the MXT, GET IT! It's the bible to the Mxt and will teach you alot. Easy learning curve and very versatile. Most important, practice and learn your machine. Happy Hunting!

Holy geez,

I go away for a bit....check back in....and look at all these MXTers answering the roll call! Lots of newbies and some seasoned ones thrown into the mix, here in the forum. This is totally awesome! Some great questions and knowledge has been, and will continue to be shared for sure. Folks, we can't get too big! :bthumb:

Hey r49,

I'd say you're doing just great!

XLT = as good as it gets for a coin/jewelry machine
GMT = as good as it gets for a VLF gold machine

You got the bases covered! By the way, the MXT's circuitry is based
on the GMT's...soooooooo........I do believe that qualifies you to be part of the MXT gang! :bthumb:
