Poor Customer Support

ATW, I can understand having to send it in for internal connections and such...but a battery cover? They are basically saying that I lack the competence to put a new cover on. Hell, I have to do it every time I change batteries....hmmmm, but then again...maybe that's why it is broke...

Colby, have you thought about going to some Minelab forums and checking around to see if some Minelab folks may possibly have an extra cover for your unit? It might be worth a try. I understand your frustration in this. One shouldn't have to go through all this for just a cover. Best of Luck to you in locating a cover for your MD. (y)
