Ring in the new week!

I've settled into a Monday and Friday beach hunt routine. This morning produced 4 more rings, an earring, a small pendant and a men's bracelet (stainless). One ring is gold - I'm 99% sure. I could not find any marks on it until I cleaned it up and then all I could find was a "5". It does not pass the 10K acid test but I have seen enough gold rings to be pretty certain it is gold. It is older - and worn - maybe a lower purity than they make these days. Don't know for sure. Also I saw two of the other rings marked 925. I had no hope for the small broken one. But I took the polishing cloth to it and it shined up nice! Sure enough under the magnifying glass it is also silver! I guess as long as the rings keep coming -I'll keep going. If the schools don't open on time then beach season may last a little longer. Usually the beaches go dead around the end of August. The hot dry weather has kept the depositors in the water!

That’s a nice set of rings. The gold one with stones looks hefty for its size. I wonder if the broken one was just cut to fit someone. Nice earring, pendant and bracelet too.
The broken one doesn't really look broken on close inspection. Maybe it was made into a toe ring - it's pretty small. It's marked 925 CLE. I googled that and all it came up with was a TV remote. :ROFLMAO:
