sand and water for a dfx

#1
Can I use my dfx in shallow salt water? How about wet sand? I am planning a shore trip and want to try my new dfx out . Any info would be appreciated, thanks:pwink:

I have used my DFX at the coast in dry and wet, and shallow water with no problems in N.C.. Hope you find lot's of goodies.
Just remember not to raise the shaft above the control box so that water won't run into the box.
