What is it ,hachet piece,arrow tool,skinner??

Hea gents found this piece in KARANKAWA bay in texas where indians were know to roam 1600's -----1800's.Been told its a skinning flint knife fits great on your hand:unsure: what say you guys.wjm

There is definitely a worked edge on the piece of flint. Because of the non-descript shape I would say it is some type of utilitatian scraper. Kind of a prehistoric pocket knife. It is an authentic artifact for sure and a nice piece of flint..
