Default Artifacts Or Geofacts????

I found this today in one of my plowed fields I hunt in as well as a few broken points..Is this a artifact? Or a Geofact? Never seen a rock with such a straight hole in it before. It is the size of a quarter

It looks like it may be a pendant. Or possible some type of weight for fishing line. I have found a few of those. I've had people tell me they're natural, but I don't think so. I'd say it is some type of artifact.

Default Possibly....?

I know very little about indian artifacts. I do have a similarly-holed stone. Mine is roughly-circular and about an inch and a half in diameter. It's about a half-inch thick.

A friend told me that it was probably used to smooth and true arrow shafts.

I have no idea of how true that may be.

When we were beachcombing in the pacific, there was a good bit of basalt that had been holed by oyster drills.

Default That is MOST CERTAINLY an artifact

A great find, indeed. I have two rocks that were drilled. They are scarce and invoke conversation, no doubt. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Default looks like....

I remember someone posting about something similar...It might be a bottom weight for a fishing net.Apparently they were strung every few feetto hold the net to the bottom while floaters were strung every few feet at the top to hold the other side to the surface-makes sence that these anomalies would be found in abundance.
