Lightbulb Since we are tangled up in political correctness

these days B.P. stands for before present instead of the once used Before Christ. Darn P.C. BS

Hey Tom, You had a great day! You must have the searching spot to yourself? I haven't been looking for Indian Artifacts but one true time in the last 20 year. I do look the bank from the boat while Crappie fishing.

Keep Up The Good Work and Posts, HH, Roger

Really nice finds! I havnt been out in over a month, I need to make some time and get out there.

The move away from the BC and AD was not totally due to PC (LOL at that sentence). It was also scientists from all over the world that use the designations, allot of whom were not Christian so it was kinda strange to them to use that designation. I have never heard the BP before but allot of new science books are using BCE and CE. Before Common Era and Common Era. It all goes in cycles though so what the norm now will be outdated by some new standard and then back again somewhere down the road. lol

Cool me too Greg. what a site it must have been.

i agree with you oberkill. i guess B.C/A.D,B.P.and BCE/CE are just different names for the same thing. Maybe they will be dated by the chinese calander next
