Fossil or Indian artifact?

My son and I were out at the lake the other day looking for petrified wood and I found something really weird in the clay. I thought it was an Indian tomahawk head because of the shape, size, and it feels like flint rock. heavy and polished.

But then I was really wondering because this is in the side of a 20 foot clay cliff that the lake is always eroding thus Im always finding new fossils, especially petrified wood.

Another reason why I thought it was some Indian made rock is because people are always finding arrow heads along the beach but about 1 mile away.

Then it dawned on me, this might be a Megalodon tooth.

a smooth rubbed site in the middle? most celts are more uniform in shape but it could be a tool.

It appears to be a pseudo specimen. It is not a fossil nor Indian Artifact.
Although it looks to be something these are quite common it a lot of deposits throughout continental US.
Yours in particular appears to be roll polished an effect caused by tumbling in running water.
