Default Thanks Kellyco

Didn't know where to post this so I hope this is an OK place to do so.

I just wanted to thank Kellyco for their very fast response to what I thought was going to be a problem getting my UPS shipment.

I ordered my Ace250 and paid for 3 day shipping. The package came in 2 days (YEA, but who would have known this quick with it being Christmas time) but the UPS driver told us the package was COD. You can't imagine how frustrated I was with hearing this since I had already paid for the detector using my debit card. I contacted Ali on the board here and she was soooo quick to get someone to call me. Quick it was too!! Sharon let me know the unit was sent to me "Paid" and that the UPS driver must be making a mistake. She said if it was their mistake, she would personally ship me one overnight.

About an hour later, the UPS driver (whom we know very well and even have his phone number) called us to tell us he had made a mistake looking at the package and would drop the package off in a little bit. Well, it arrived just as Kellyco said, packed with all the nice accessories included. I was sooooo excited and still am.

I just assembled the unit (yes me, hubby said, "You can do it yourself". I said YOU BETCHA) and now I know it's done RIGHT and ALL washers are in there, LOL. I am about to take it for a hunt out to a friends land. She is in Fla on vacation and left me ALL the plats to all her land to hunt on and a permission letter. The home she lives in is over 100 years old. Gosh... I sure hope I find something.

Thanks so much Kellyco!!!! I'll be ordering again from ya. Great Service, Great Work Ethics!!! Love the fact that you stand behind your shipments

Default Me Too!!!

We both got early Christmas gifts! My 250 arrived about 15 minutes ago. It was a day late because of the weather and the poorly plowed streets..... But... I have it all put together. With all the snow, I think I'll go down in the basement and "practice" a little and learn the machine.

Thanks KellyCo and Happy Holidays to everyone.
Jerry :santa2:

Default I couldn't wait....

I couldn't wait so I went out in my back yard. I had the whole backyard snowblowed off so my dog and my renters dog have somewhere to run around and .... well you know. Anyhow, I went over the area with a shovel to remove the "land mines" and started my first "hunt". I found a penny but also found the frost line is about 8 inches deep! That was the hardest I've ever worked for a penny!! (It was a 1990) BUT... its a Penny!!

Merry Christmas
Jerry
