GREG, REALLY FANTASTIC PIC'S!!!!AND FANTASTIC LOOKING FAMILY TOO!!! CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT LIES BENEATH THE GROUNDS AROUND THE OLD HOMESTEAD AND THOSE BOOKS WOULD LOOK REALLY GREAT IN MY ROOM...LOL...GLAD YOU ALL HAD A GREAT TIME.....PAPPY :D :D :D

Thanks guys,
The pictures of the guns and uniforms were taken at the Chancellorsville battle site museum...Did you see the pic of the britches missing one leg?

Well, this fella was hit twice in the left leg and they cut his pant leg off to work on him.

Almost every year we drive down and camp out, my family and I just love to visit the Civil War battle sites!

Jackson's Shrine is a lovely peaceful place that I will visit again

Go visit these places folks!

Nice photos Greg. One of these days I will get down south and see that area. I have been to Gettysburg several times and never get tired of going back. My daughter lives about 30 minutes from there and any time I go to visit her and my son-in -law I usually head to Gettysburg. Thanks for sharing your photos with us.
