Medical "Earp-date"....I'm still kickin'

I am finally off of the feeding tube.....and while I will still be a month healing from where the drains were removed, I am very grateful to NOT have to be doing the tube feeding thing. 18 hours a day in bed after I got home....was a bit more than I could take.

Looks like some late summer and early fall detecting for me....because I still am no allowed to drive...or play in the dirt.

I netted 9 scars from the 3 surgeries....but the good news is that none of these are very big. The main incision, through which the diverticulum was removed, is cut all the way through my abdominal muscles.....and still is quite painful....but only when I cough, sneeze, or laugh hysterically....so I try and refrain from those types of activities.

Can't wait to fire up the 6000 again though.
