I second that, Happy Thanksgiving to all, I'm cooking & am having some friends over, unfortunately my family lives in Ind so I won't be able to be with them but at least I'll be with good friends

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you guys!! I'm excited to have an excuse to cook four casseroles at once, PLUS makin' collard greens so I'll be busybusybusy!!! AND we're deep fryin' the bird... gotta love bein' southern!! Don't eat too much!!

We're fryin' TWO birds tomorrow! I'm leaving today at noon to go home to KY, so I won't be on here too much in the next week.
I'm so excited to have some down home cookin'. It sooths the soul, I tell ya. Y'all have a great Thanksgiving and don't shop too much on Friday. I'll be as far away from a mall as possible that day. I'll be at my Grandma's house with my MD in my hand. Gonna do some dirt fishin' and hopefully I can break free of Guido's grasp and find me some silver coinage????
