Rudy had some blood work and a few other tests today, turns out that there’s nothing unusual wrong with him. The vet said that seizures are common among small pure bred dogs and as long as I keep him on Phenobarbital he will be fine.

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers,
Dave

Is Rudy a pomeranian? We have a pom and she has turned out to be a great little dog.

Hey Dave, glad that Rudy is doing better, sorry I missed the initial post but I'm glad the medication is working!

Yeah, he's a mini pom. Congrats on your pom, they are smart, loving little dogs.

Hey Dave, that's my wife .

Seriously, she's a Black Lab/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. She's my best friend, goes almost everywhere with me. Turns 8 on Christmas day and except for the graying around the muzzle, she's still an active, playful and ornery puppy.

Hope Rudy is still doing well, any test results yet?

Now that’s funny, but I hope your best friend don’t mind you staying over at (in) her house for a few days. I'm afraid that one is gonna cost you a few rocks if your wife sees it.

Merry Christmas,
Dave
