How old are you? If you start this young you will be a professional detectorist by the time you reach my age. I started at 31 and thought I was the wipper snapper of the bunch. You got me beat. Most of the people that I see detecting on the beach are 50 years old and up. Everytime they see me and other people see me I know they are thinking like "what is this nerd doing here" but I always get the last laugh because I usually leave with a lot of clad and sometimes some good goodies. Other than working out this is my 2nd favorite hobby

Way cool Dylan, glad it arrived as predicted. Hope you get a few warmer days to thaw out that ground. I guess I'm kinda in the same boat. If all goes well my machine shows up tomorrow but it's been raining cats & dogs hear in Northern Cali. for over a week now and likely to continue for another.
 Oh well, time enough to go over the manual a third time.
