Thanks again everyone!!! I am enjoying taking a few days off and can't wait to retire in 25 1/2 years. I am waiting for it to warm up just a bit then hit an old small town park suggested by a local cop. The cop stopped to check me out on Tuesday in a small local park. The park is closed at dusk but there was still some orange in the sky as I dug my last target of the day. I prepared for a lecture and put on my best smile. He reminded me of the park curfew then started asking if I found anything and how deep. I told him about a penny at 2" and showed him my tab and slaw collection. I also showed him my screwdriver mentioning that I didn't want to dig holes in the park and that I remove all trash. He actually pointed out the other park and said it was very old and would be a great spot. It is really small and not much of a park but I think that's why nobody would have thought about detecting there. After our hunt today, we are heading to Delaware Park to hit the slot tourney, use our $20 birthday food voucher, and the $10 free play coupon they sent. Now that Pennsylvania has slots, DE is trying hard to keep their customers from out of state. We only go about three times a year (we work to hard to give it away that often). Wish us a big "hit" so I can retire! Take care all and have a great one!

It was a good day! We played slots for 3 hours, ate dinner with the birthday voucher for $0.90 and came home a couple hundred ahead! Still three days left on the birthday weekend. Tomorrow's hunt has been cancelled due to the ice and rain forcasted but it is looking good for Sat. and Sun. We also moved the Melting Pot back to Saturday night. There goes the couple hundred. It is worth it though. Have a great night!
