Wink Spring is coming!

Hi,
Well I made it through most of the winter with getting hardly no snow (maybe 1 to 2 inches max at one time) Today we have over 3 inches :( hopefully it will melt of fast due to being March.
Hey, think Spring! in less than 30 days we should start seeing flowers in bloom and the trees leafing out

Well I think the TQ forum is just about complete although I'm thinking of adding a "Spell Checker" Would you guy's & gal's like that? I know I could use it for my spealing is getting horrible.

Since the forum work is about finished I need to do some optimization work on the TQ main page and the auction side. I'm afraid I've neglected them some due to working on the forum. Soooo my posting will slack some in the next few weeks but will hit it hard after I'm finished with the other site work

Thank you all for making TQ a wonderful place to be!

Whatcha waitin' for Greg I went 3 days ago with 6" of snow and then chopped through 6" of frost to get to just one target. I'm sure if you have frost its not all that much. Dress warm, grab a thermos full of coffee and go out for an hour or two. Who knows you could be posting goodies tommorrow. I'm a die hard treasure hunter at times. I've spent hours up to my knee's in 40 degree water in November ,in jeans and sneakers. I loved every minute of it. If it ain't frozen then I'm there. I already have plans to buy a chisel and hammer to try on that nasty frost line and we just got another foot of snow on top of the 6 we had. I really can't wait until spring. I need to get out. Jason

Post Spring is close

Greg, That spell checker would be a great thing, I am terrible at the spelling thing and somedays are worse than others. Youv'e done a great job with this site I think it's great. By the way how to you like that Minelab Explorer 2 ? I am correct in saying that what your using right now ? I'm using a Minelab excaliber now,but don't get to beach enough or as much as I would like. I was thinking about that Explorer 2 for the old home sites, etc. that are common place here in Ky. That Explorer 2 looks so sweet, especialy the smooth push button control. Do you have any pros and cons about this one ? Thanks

Oh yes, I'll be happy to get the spell checker installed

As for the EX II I really like it. Haven't used it but 3 or 4 times due to the weather.

I love its great depth & its 28 freqs..oh, can't forget about the learn feature!!!!!

I guess the only thing that I don't care for is the way it displays the depth reading...way to small and only is accurate in detecting mode. I'm sure they will improve on this.

Thanks,
