Ok bda, when she's done. Just sail her up the Big Muddy, and we'll all come to the bank, and see her in person. Would be an interesting trip. You could pull in a have a few.

If by the 'Big Muddy' you mean the Mighty 'Mississip' I had considered that route if I was going further south into the Caribbean but the water levels are still very low. Don't want old 'Captured Hearts' hung up on a sandbar, she wouldn't appreciate that from her Captain.

The beer sounds good though,(do you have Molson Canadian in Arkansas?)

Arkansas has all the imports, but of course we are famous for supplying the rice for good ole BUD>

Loved the read BDA!!! She is a beauty, will be looking for the rest of the story when you get er done...Love to hear of a real pirate adventure with you finding some real cool treasure's...You just need to find a real nice huge heart stone in your scoop for a special evening for your princess, with the two of you sailing along some beautiful place!!!

If you just jump on the ole red, we got some good watermelon shine...oops...meant wine...real tasty...that the two of you could share!!! You wouldn't mind being parked as we call it, on a sand bar at all!!!

Again...she is a real beauty...I know you two are going to have a wonderful time!!!

waiting for part 2

Great story, Kinda felt like I was on that boat. When I was a kid a neighbor had an old wooden boat in their back yard, all us kids in the neighborhood spent a whole summer playing pirates, gilligans island, and love boat. I also had the pleasure of spending a week on the schooner THE TABOR BOY. I grew up on the ocean and that is one thing I miss living here in the back woods of SC. Thanks for the adventure and memories.

What a beaut, BDA! I've owned a 40' houseboat and a 21' Hurricane deck boat - and enjoyed them both - but never have owned a sea going vessel - and certainly not one that will be the showpiece that the Captured Hearts will be when you're finished!

Fair winds and calm seas to ya, mate!
