I would look in the Whitman's Red or Blue book and write down the pennies that have some value to them. It will list key dates as well as error coins. That way all you have to do is set aside those dates. The rest I'd take to a bank's coin counter.

Although there's always the possibility that you may have a one-of-a-kind error, kinda unlikely but you never know??

Thanks for all the great advise I am going to find key dates then go thru them... with magnifying glass.... Hey what a happy day... I shut my heat off at nite when I retire ....got up this morning I thought I left it on usualy around 55 when I get up ...well today it was 64... and outside temp is 51 has not been this warm here since Oct....pluss every time I here any truck outside I jump up to see if it is ups guy....new detector today Oh happy day!
