Default Taxes.....Are.....Filed.....Whew!!!!

Hey Gang,

There's something about gathering all the info together that is about exciting as going to the dentist! Usually, I have it filed the first week in February, but for some reason (it certainly can't be procrastination), I waited until March to do them.

This thread is dedicated to those of you that have ever felt this way....well....I feel your pain.

Now wait a minute.....There's the silver lining to this storm cloud.....My reward(?)

I'M GOING DETECTING TODAY

Hawk

Yea... I do sorta know what you mean. I left hubby in here last night working on taxes, or so I thought. I have lost sleep over this huge shirt order and was out working but when I came in, he was playing video games??? Oh well.... I did my work... and I'm going Metal Detecting today even if I have to go alone, lol. Hope you find something good out there!

My taxes are at the cpa..... used to do them myself, but new rules and new criteria for me requires much more tax experience then I have...

hate to pay out, but at least I should get alittle back

I always do my taxes as fast I can so that the government doesnt make any more interest on my money than they have to. If i owe, usually state taxes, Ill wait till the last possible moment.

What's Income Tax?? I have a vague recollection of it but it's hard to remember. It certainly doesn't sound like any fun so I think I'll pass. Bermuda can have it's 4.5% flat tax on income, okay by me. No forms, no deductions, no hassles!

Cheers,

BDA

My taxes are about 1/2 finished...this will be the LAST year I file them myself. Any time we're fortunate enought to get a refund, Peg and I split it right down the middle and use it for mad money...hopefully my half will replace the money I spent on my DFX!
