A big win, but not with my metal detector

I hit the jackpot, but not with my metal detector. I won a great sweepstakes (Carolina Hurricanes 10th Anniversary St. Lawrence Homes Giveaway). I won a $340,000 house in Wake Forest, NC! We were offered a cash settlement, which (after much prayer and investigation) we decided to take. It will bring us just about what we could have ended up with (after taxes, fees, etc.) if we had taken possession of the house and sold it.

Now that the weather has warmed up, and it's not too hot yet, I need to get out there with my metal detector.
