[quote=didijim;52903]Hey hey heym, thanks to all, well found my first find today with my granddaughter at the beach, not much but always exciting the first one. it is a 1970 Roosevelt dime, really bad shape, probably 25 cents ???? it was stuck in under a rock, abotu 1/3 was showing, copper, the silver was off, the rest under the rock still has silver, it is very thin, very light, silver is very dirty. it sure was fun, we had a great time. found in lincoln city at the d river beach- well known beach, low tide, where the shortest river in the world is. thanks for the encouragement I'll figure out how to send a picture
