Thank You All For Warm Welcome
I just wanted to take the time and Thank Each and Everyone of you who stopped by and introduced themselves to me (Free2Detect,138Ranger,Pappy,TonyinCT,Joanne,Chuck @Treasurehut, BoobieinPa,Indy,Leelo,CoinHunter, and NCHunting. It sure is nice to be Appreaciated and Welcomed in such a nice manner...I've been busy around here today trying to get Organised...Have you ever had that problem??? (this is a retorical question - I'm sure you all have) I'm trying to get organised so that I can go to Florida to MD a few of the beaches for G_O_L_D C_O_I_N_S and maybe some Jewlery too.This has always been My Dream to go there and find something of Real Historical Value. Something I can hand down to my Children and their Childrens, Children...lol...I just need about 7 to 10 Days in a warmer cliamate to get rid of this GOLD BUG I somehow got when I recieved my new DFX....I didn't know you could catch a bug from just opening up a box..LOL...LOL..I guess I'll just have to be a little more careful next time..... P.S. I'll let you know when I'm leaving.....anyone interested in coming along ??Just don't forget to bring along some extra batterys and your charger....

Now John - stop teasing. I would of loved to have gone along if it had been yesterday. It was minus 15. But today it has warmed up to 17 degrees. A heat wave. I hope you have a great trip and an even better hunt. Let us know how you make out and hopefully you will be able to post a picture of your fantastic find. JoAnne

Hey X: I missed out on making the original Welcomers list, so I'll start another one:
WELCOME TO TQ  Several tips about beach hunting that I picked up: 1. Read as many Beach forums as you can, to gain some idea as to where at a particular beach to hunt. 2. Don't be intimidated by the immensity of an ocean beach; you're never going to cover it all. 3. Enjoy the ocean atmosphere, and don't get your hopes too high. Best of Luck; keep us posted
