Geeze Creek - come do mine. I paid a friend of a friend to put down laminate floor and to say the least I got shafted. They are popping up all over the place. I have no clue how to fix them other than redo the whole thing at an additional expense. So if you are looking for a job and want to come to NY let me know. LOL

joann,sorry you dont live closer id have a look see at the floor ,lots of things could of happen to cause that sorry it has caused you trouble.wood floors have to have room to expand and contract and nailed down good to,i put wood down that was cut and made here in the hills (red oak)didnt buy it at lowes.has 8 coats of polly on it . stay warm up there ...creek
