Thanks guys! Yes, I do make Jerky, Master :P . Thats my favorite thing to do. I also make my own Breakfast sausage-Bologna and Keilbasa out of my deer. Now my mouth is watering!!!!!!!! Master, it does take allot of scouting and then more scouting to have the chance at bucks like those every year...Maybe I need a life!!!...LOL I am in the woods over 250 days a year...maybe more. I have kept a daily journal since the age of 12.
