Appreciate the link, I created a NEW sub category under my TH links for it.

I have a Large chunk of ore(?) that I retrieved from a mountain top above Leadville, CO that may be part of a meteorite. I'll have to check it out and see, maybe post a picture.

I hope what you have is a meteorite, some meteorites are very very expensive. Some can be worth $1,000-$4,000 for a planetary meteorite( lunar, martian) other meteorites can be worth anywhere from <$1 to >$1,000 per gram. I am looking forward to see what you have.
