Exclamation MineLab Quattro MP users.....

Hi,

First I want to say hello to everyone. I have a MineLab Quattro MP and have a few questions for anyone else that has one. The manual is a bit "lacking" on directions and was wonder if people could share ther "Tips" on how to best use there Quattro.

I went out the first time with it yestarday and found a silver bracelet!

Default The Most Inportant.....

.....tip I can give you about the Quattro is to "swing it very slowly, and walk slowly too"!

The Quattro must be moved slower than most machines to get the utmost performance from it. If you convince yourself of that fact and practice it, you will be very successful with the machine!

Thanks for the tip.

I'm new with the Quattro and have been out 2 days with it.

Here are few things I have noticed with it.....
(Using Coin&Gold Mode)

A) I get a hit and then its gone.....I go very slow and try to go back over the area and I get nothing now.....

B) I find the depth of the target not always where it is. I had a dime, thinking it was deep...only to find it on the surface.

I know I'm new and still learning the machine.....Any tips from anyone would help

I also have a friend that has the same machine. We are both taking notes...

Thanks
