I've had mine for a couple of months, now. I really like the pinpoint feature. One thing that I learned that I didn't really GET by reading the manual or watching the video (mainly because I wasn't really paying attention) is that there are different levels you can use with the pinpoint.

For example: Find a target then as you swing back into it, press the pinpoint button. The pinpoint allows you to not have to swing to zero in on the target. Watch the meter and listen to the MD. Once the meter is at full strength, don't move the coil. While the coil is not moving, press the pinpoint button down again and you can get a narrower "view" of where your target is. You can zero in as many times as you want or can. I usually can only step down one time. I have found that it helps if you actually press the coil onto the ground (as long as the ground is soft) while you're pinpointing. Sorta like churning butter, up and down. I sure hope this makes sense. It has really helped me figure out where stuff is. I do think that if I had a Vibra Probe, that it would help much more, but this will do for now.
