Default Minelab X-Terra 70

Howdy all -

I'm thinking about going with the 70 when I get funded... it sounds like a solid machine, and from what I hear it goes pretty deep...

Indy - I know you have one, right? I'm an old Fisher 1266 guy myself, so I've never had bells and whistles before... may take a little getting used to!

Any insight would be appreciated!

Hi. I have an x70 and I love it. It does go fairly deep especially with the lower khz coil. Anne has an x50 ask her too. I think you will be happy. The machine is light and easy enough to use but also has enough features to keep you learning. Happy hunting.

I have been using the Xterra 50 for some time and it's a brilliant machine, have recently purchased the X70, haven't managed to get out with it yet because of the bad weather here. Hopefully this weekend. Will let you know I'm sure I shall have to learn some new things with it,but hey we learn all the time.

The Xterra70 right now is a tough one to beat for the price. They are on sale and you get an extra coil to boot. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know.
