Default Park

Hi,You all know I'm pretty new at this.I've been mostly hunting in our city park. The town was founded in about 1860.The park has been here for probably 50 years,at least part of it.So far I,ve probably gotten about $20 worth of clad and mem's out of it and one wheat 1937.most has been at about 6 in or less.Sensitivity 2 down from the top on my 250.What do you think? up the sens and dig deeper? The next indicator would be 8+ and I'm not sure the park peeps would be liking that lol. This park is loaded with coins.I could dig them every day for months and never get em cleaned out but no silver so far. What are your suggestions? Thanks Gary

Hey Gary sounds like you are doing well. What is the reaction of the "park peeps" to your hunting now? If they are not on your case now?? I say pick an out of the way spot and try it out. Bump the sense up and see what it turns up? Good luck to you, Beale.

This is the park where I've been hunting. It is pretty big.I could hunt every day for a couple hours and never get all the coins out but it is hard work to get only a bucks worth.I found this half yesterday in the park. This church closed down and I searched the grass strips and got about $4 worth of clad outa the strips of grass.Just missed silver as about 5 quarters were 1965-1968.
