Default Nasa Worldwind!

http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov

Go to this site and download the full program. This is a NASA program that give you the Landsat 7 satellite photos, topo maps and B&W aerial photo's for the whole world. Takes a little while to learn but worth it. After you download and run the program a picture of the earth comes up. You can do a place search but spell the whole thing out (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) or use the wheel on your mouse to zoom in. Goodby terra server!

Okay. I think you have something here. It took me a while to download this program but like you said it is worth the wait. I would like to thank you for the link and for posting this. I have heard about this from my jarhead cousin but didn't know where to get it.

It is something new and when it first came out so many attempted to use it the server crashed. The are updating it and adding servers. The map program of the future. Keep a eye out for updates on the program on the NASA site that you did your download from.
