Does anyone know of the freq range we need for a 4H tone machine..It would be so cool to get rid of the wire..But I dont want to miss the Deep Burp relic hunting or the Hi pitch 90 reading..thanks in advance..the sonys unit looks nice..I could velcro the transmiter to the top batt box on the F75..if it would interfere with operation..the unit is so sensitive..picks up cell phones..hummm..

Here's one with a couple of advantages over the RS model. It uses AAA batteries and it has top of the head phones rather then the behind the neck hang on the ear type the RS set has.

It also is 2.4Ghz so should not cause any interference.

Macally | BlueWave Wireless Bluetooth Stereo | BLUEWAVE | B&H

I'm seriously considering ordering a set. A little more research to do first.

These are the same ones that I've been using for several months. They work fine and, as I recall costs $59.

Thanks for the info. Wish I would have heard of this before I bought my new headphones.

I have a pair of BLUETOOTH head 'phones that I got from Kellyco, and they work great, they have volume control etc. Also there are the AIRHEADZ, Which I haven't tried, but they can be used with or without a cord.

What name and model? Are they over the head or behind the neck type? Standard' off the shelf' batteries? Those behind the neck phones from RS just made my ears sore. Glad M-I-L bought them and not me.

I found the the Macally set for $24 here (+ shipping). Macally Bluewave BlueTooth Wireless Stereo Headset for iPod: SoftwareOutlet
Not sure about the dealer though. Still researching.

I've found prices on this Macally set form $119 to $24.......what a price range!

No. I can't find it on the on-line catalog either. We just found them in the local store. Maybe it's a new item and they haven't updated the catalog yet.
