Becoming a store rep.
I am not sure if I have posted this in the correct topic area. My question is, If I want to persue opening a treasure shop in my area what is the best way to become an authorized dealer with many of the manufactures of MD equipment. There are not stores within a hundred miles of my location except Radio Shack, Wal-Mart, and Dick's, all of which carry only a limited amout of equipment. If anyone can direct me in the right direction it will be grately appreciated.

First you would have to contact the Manufacturers. They will be able to direct you from there . The minimum start up cost is quite a bit plus you'll need to be able to afford advertising and carry at least some accessories. Expect it to be around 2000 to 6000 for each manufacturer to start.
