Default CW relics and Whites Prisms

just a few tips for those of you hunting relics with the Whites Prisms.
1) CW bullets fall under the pulltab range
2) Buttons fall under the Zinc or Copper range
3) Haversack buttons fall under the Copper or Quarter range
4) I've had my best luck sweeping at a medium swing.
5) I disc out everything up to nickles.
6) Inexpensive doesnt mean cheaply made. Ive followed behind many higher dollar machines and dug buttons and bullets they have missed.
7) Wet ground is your friend.
8) The most important thing is, like with every other machine, Know your machine. Nothing is more important than that.

Hope some of these tips help you. I've found about 75 bullets over a 3 month period in one camp site near the town of New Bern(e) NC. My machine (Prism II) paid for itself within the first two weeks of hunting for CW relics with one find, my 1856 sharps multigroove (my avitar). And probibly a few more times with the other bullets and buttons i've found. Just stick with it and dont get discuraged.....HH....Bill
