I recently helped a friend purchase an ACE 250. I own an XLT so what I know about the ACE250 is only what I read.
Question...is this a fast or slow swing detector? |

I have one. You can swing it fairly fast, it still will hit. After you hear a hit you can slow the swing down and zero in on it. You will be surprised how fast you can actually swing this machine and still get hits.

I use my a ACE in seeded club hunts where speed is essential and I swing mine very fast at times and seldom miss a target. Of course you always know what the coin or token is you are hunting and you can eliminate a lot of things from your program. I'd rate an ACE 250 as a medium -fast swing detector. It is fast enough that swing speed has never been a problem for me and I usually go back over a plot slower when I detect a signal. Monty
