Default xs-II

just wondering if someone can tell me if there is any real differences between the explorer xs and the explorer II? i have heard the xs will go a little deeper and is easier to learn. just trying to get my facts straight because christmas is a coming.

Hi Al, I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to you and truthfully the XS model was before I started carrying the Minelab brand. I don't know if you are going to by a used unit but I would think that the Explorer II would be better than the XS. Of course the new Explorer SE is the best yet. Hopefully someone that is familiar with the XS will come on and answer your questions about that model. But if I can be of any more help to you just give a call.
