Default first time Buying a metal detector ?

Hi everybody, I'm looking to buy a metal detector and was wondering if you could give me some input. This will be my first detector, I'm looking for one that is entry level, user friendly, I was perhaps thinking of getting the Ace 150, am I better off paying the extra $60.00 or so and get the 250, are the options on the 250 worth the extra $$$, is the difference between the 2 significant?

Thank you for any and all input

Hi Ruger, YES it is very much worth the extra money to purchase the Ace 250. It is a great entry level detector and more! You will like the notching feature and TID. Also if you want to add more to it then there are 2 optional coils too. I will be happy to work with you on purchasing an Ace 250, Ruger. You not only get a great detector but also my personal lifetime service when you buy any detector from me. There are a lot of happy Ace 250 owners out there for sure! Just call or email me for your deal on the Ace 250. God Bless.

I've been using the 250 for about a month now and it is one heck of a machine. You won't go wrong spending a little extra money on it. Good luck with your decision!

Default Get the 250

I have been using the 250 for a little over a year now and have no regrets. I too thought about the 150 but I am so glad I spent the extra for the 250, it has a few more features. The 250 is a great entry level detector, you will love it.
Good luck.

Default I'd vote 250

I made the same decision and now use the 250 - for the $60, it's well worth it.
