A few newbie questions
Hi,
I am new to MDing and I live in central Wyoming. I just got a Whites Prizm II. I didn't want to pay more for one with depth; however, I am curious how deep it does detect. I am hitting on things, but after digging down 3-4", I am finding nothing. Also, why can I be right over an specific object, ie pull tab, and it detects something else? Does Wyoming have a lot of metal in the soils? Is there anyone from Wyoming who would be willing to show me the ropes? Thanks!!!

Hi and welcome
 try digging down a couple more inches and maybe sfting through the dirt you get out of the hole coins can hide in the dirt.
