My first dig...
I went on my first dig this past sunday and found 3 pop tabs and a old peice of an electrical box. Even though my first time was a bust I still had a good time. I'll be off to mrytle beach saturday for vacation and I'll be in search of treasure. Hopefully I'll find my first coin or maybe even gold .I had no idea metal detecting would be this much fun. The excitement for metal detecting in this forum is contagious

its ok.... any hunt is a good one, no matter what you find!!! you'll be finding the good stuff in no time!!

My 1st finds were an old piece of iron, a spoon and a spark plug. I hope that you find lots of great treasure on your trip.
