Default Ferry sites

I live in Nashville, TN and we have a couple of old ferry sites here. Anyone ever hunted one and had much success? The ones here were used for over 100 years. I am hopeful if I can only get the chance to go.

Hey Chuck, I would say any older place that had alot of people gathering or coming and going should have good potential. Good luck!

I would for sure try it. If the ferry used piers for the cars to wait. Pepople get out, take pictures, look around, etc. Bound to be some lost stuff.

Good luck with it, Beale.

I have hunted two ferry locations and the biggest problem I had was because they were on the riverbank I found a tremendous amount of junk. I am going back and dig it all because I know there is treasure there. HH

Definately hit them. Especially if there 100yrs old. I would also hunt them in all metal and dig all the signals. Eventually you will come across the good stuff. Good luck.

Never hunted one - but I've heard they can give up some incredible stuff. Good luck!
