New to the Hobby
Well i love the outdoors and figured i would try medal detecting. I have a Sharp Shooter Ultra Mag. I don't know really where to look? Any ideas? I live in Ky so don't really expect to find anything great. LOL i did find a horse shoe, Hey what can i say kentucky is the Horse Capital of the World.

Any place that people have frequented is a good place to hunt. Ball fields, Parks, Church yard, Derby grounds ECT.... Good luck.

Welcome! Well, you couldn't have joined a forum anywhere with a nicer bunch of folks!
Try doing a google search for some of your local areas, there's alot of information available, some of it just takes alittle digging. Check-out your local library as well. Ask around of your friends to MD their properties....family & friends also have family & friends, as do co-workers.....just put the word out & before you know it you'll have all sorts of places to hunt.
