Lifting seats and climbing around would be worth it but MD would be difficult.

Just remembered ! also look for secret compartments.Once heard of someone finding a stash of cash in a small box welded into the floor boards of an old car.

I had a brother-in-law that use to do that, and found things..but not with the MD. As others already stated it would be rather difficult.
Now if you would ever come across an old car, like in a woods abandoned, and if that car was ever tipped over or on its side....Then you could use the MD and scan for coins. I know of such a car, that was flipped and that is where I found a WLH and a couple of barbersdimes, so yeah there are some goodies under them.
