Default Best Detector around $250 (Again)

I know there has probably been a gazillion threads on this same topic, but unfortunately, I'm going to ask it again. What's the best detector under or around 250 dollars? I live in Florida, so I'm going to use it at the beach quite often. I"d also like to coinshoot at a couple local parks. I would like a detector with a screen the Tesoro Silver uMax is out.

Saying that, I'm overwhelmed by the choices because it seems everyone has there own favorite machine. I mean theres the Fisher F2, the Garrett 250 the White's Prizm II, the bounty hunter Quick Draw...

So help! I'm lost! Which detector is the best?!

Lot of 250 users here that love it, I personally have the Prizm III & love it, tho I'd much prefer to have the Prizm V, good luck on deciding which one to choose, I know it can be a hard choice to make.

Well you know you want a screen. If it was me I would just choose the ACE or the F2? I really think both will do what you want. Good luck with your choice, Beale.

An Ace 250 will give you change back from $250. It's a whole lot of detector in a lightweight but rugged package that will impress even experienced hunters. You won't go wrong with a Yeller Feller.

Cheers,

BDA

Default Whoohoo!

I'm getting the Ace 250! Can't wait to get it in the mail. The people threw a coil cover, Stereo headphones, a rain cover housing the for the box, a bag and a digging tool!

I was in the same boat, looking at the Ace-250 and the Fischer F2. I went with the F2 and haven't looked back!

The F2 is a brand new model, has VDI (helps to show you what's in the ground), comes with an extra 4" sniper coil, AND is cheaper than the Ace!

How can you go wrong!?

I called up Kellyco, they had em in stock and it shipped right away!

Get the F2, you won't be sorry!

Good luck!

I love my ACE. I'm a newbie but I've been told it has some of the features normally found in more expensive units.
