Default Ideas please!

Can anyone give me ideas of where to metal detect?

I live in the Texas Hill Country and the ground is so hard you can't get through it right now.

Or some ideas on how to get through the soil easier would be great!

Thank you!
Kim

Not familiar with Texas Hill country but my ground is getting very hard to dig so i resorted to hunting the large wood chipped playgrounds and parks for mostly a chance at jewlery finds and of course the surface clad. Can't wait for rain and i love woods hunting so late fall ,winter, and early spring are my favorite time to hunt.Good Luck . HH Bill

I have the hard dirt here in Germany too....I went through 3 diggers in a week so I bought one of George Lesche's shovels. It will cut through tough dirt and its lightwieght too. Just look on Ebay for his line of tools. I hope this helps.
