Hi I am new to MDing and was wanting to know about these two detectors.I will be hunting at old homes for coins,I also have gold mines close to me and i was thinking of getting a gold detector later for that.thanks scott

I don't know what your budget limits are,but why not get one detector that will do it all?That would be the Exterra 70 or the LoboSuprtrac.They will find the coins,relics and nuggets.

Thanks for the reply,but at this time i am limited to $400.but in may i will be able to spend more.the reason that i want to go ahead and get a detector at this time is they are going to take down three 1800's houses for big devolpments in 3 weeks.thanks scott
