Default Newbee from Arizona

Before I jump in with both feet I would like to know what would be the best metal detector for relics at about $200-250.
Thanks
Steve

Default Ace 250

I agree with Boobie. My first and only detector is an Ace 250 and I am glad I picked it. I am finding all kinds of things with it and it is easy to learn to use.

There is no true relic hunter in that price range but the Ace 250 will find them just the same. It's geared more for coins but has a relic mode which is merely an opening up of the discriminator. You'll be happy with one.

Hi Steve and welcome to Treasure Quest ! There are a lot of good people here and all are willing to help you. Like everyone I have to say Ace 250 for the price range. They also have a couple of accessory coils for the 250 which work very well. The 9x12 and the Sniper 4.5" coils and reasonably priced. Ok Steve good to meet ya and God Bless.

Thanks for all the timely responses. I called a local dealer and he was supposed to get a shipment in today. I will have one by this weekend. Thanks so much
Steve
