Default What I use

I have the ACE 250 and it uses 4 AA batteries. I bought some rechargeable ones off Ebay and I can pretty much hunt all day with a charge. I really like the ACE 250.

dont know about your soil in montana but here in va. a 500-900 hundred dollar machine can run on the edge. //have to knock down the sencitivty. the 250 you can do that with. it runs on 7.2 khz. the 1350 looks like it does alot more but still runs on 7.2. so its looks like 200 bucks vs. 600 bucks. but my 2 cents is if the 250 works for ya you can allways get a better and use it for a backup.
